Notice is hereby given that the above-named Company is in dissolution commencing on the 20th day of March, A.D., 2009. Articles of Dissolution have been duly registered by the Registrar. The Liquidator is Mrs. Janice Morley of P.O. Box N1576, Nassau, Bahamas. All persons having Claims against the above-named Company are required on or before the 9th day of April, A.D., 2009 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims to the Liquidator of the Company, or in default thereof they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
