NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN as follows:
(a) BOVEY LIMITED is in dissolution under the provisions of the International Business Companies Act 2000
(b) The Dissolution of said Company commenced on February 25, 2009 when its Articles of Dissolution were submitted and registered by the Registrar General.
(c) The Liquidator of the said company is Lakeisha Collie of 2nd Terrace West, Centreville, Nassau, Bahamas.
(d) All persons having Claims against the above-named Company are required on or before the April 17, 2009 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims to the Liquidator of the Company or, in default thereof, they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
