TAKE NOTICE that an action has been commenced against you in the Supreme Court, Common Law and Equity Division, Action No . CLEIGEN/00239 of 2006 in which the Plaintiff claims that you are negligent and thereby is wholly responsible for the traffic acddent which occurred on the 6'" December, 2003 in the vicinity of East Street and Wilson Track and the Plaintiff claims damages, interests and costs against you.
AND THAT it has been ordered by the Supreme Court that service of the Writ of Summons in the said action on you be effected by this advertisement.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that you must within fourteen (14) days from the publication of this advertisement inclusive of the day of such publication, acknowledge service of the said Writ of Summons by completing a prescribed form of Acknowledgement of Service which may be obtained on request from the Attorneys whose name and address appear below, otherwise Judgment may be entered against you.
