NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN as follows:
(a) CGA Holdings Limited is in dissolution under the provisions of the International Business Companies Act 2000.
(b) The dissolution of the said Company commenced on the 5 March 2009 when its Articles of Dissolution were submitted to and registered by the Registrar General.
(c) The Liquidator of the said Company is David Becker of c/o Seaboard Corporation, 9000 West 67th Street, Suite 300, Merriam, Kansas 66203-3700 U.S.A.
