IN THE ESTATE of NELSON GLANVILLE McFARLANE MAJOR,
late of the Settlement of William Bowes in the Island of Long Island, one of the Islands in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, Retiree, deceased.
Notice is hereby given that all persons having any claims against the above-named Estate are required, on or before the 16th day of March, 2009, to send their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims, to the undersigned, and if so required by notice in writing from the under -signed, to come in and prove such debts or claims, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved AND all persons indebted to the said Estate are asked to pay their respective debts to the undersigned.
