IN THE ESTATE OF MAE ROSE late of 354 Oaklyn Road, Lebanon, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, U.S.A., deceased.
Whereas RAQUEL L. WILSON, ESQ., of Marlborough Street, New Providence, Attorney-at- Law, is the Authorized Attorney in The Bahamas for the resealing of the Letters Testamentary in the above-named estate granted to EDWARD L. ROSE, the Executor named in the last Will and Testament of Mae Rose dated the 15th day of
December 1983 and the First Codicil thereto dated the 14th day of March 2000.
TAKE NOTICE that after the expiration of seven days from the date hereof any person having a claim against the above-named estate is required to send their name, address and particulars of their debt or claim to the said RAQUEL L. WILSON ESQ., at Lennox Paton, Fort Nassau Centre, Marlborough Street, P. O. Box N-4875, Nassau, Bahamas or in default thereof they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such claim is proved.
