Creditors having debts or claims against the abovenamed Company are required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned do P.O. Box N-624, Nassau, Bahamas on or before 31st day of Mach, A.D., 2009.
In default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made by the Liquidator.
