Notice is hereby given that the above-named Company is in dissolution, commencing on the 2nd day of March, 2009. Articles of Dissolution have been duly registered by the Registrar. The Liquidator is NASSNOM INVESTMENTS CORP., P. O. Box N-4837, Nassau, Bahamas.
All person having claims against the abovenamed Company are required on or before the 2nd day of April, 2009 to send their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims to the Liquidators of the Company or, in default thereof, they may be excluded from the benefit or any distribution made before such debts are proved.
