NOTICE is HEREBY GIVEN as follows:
(a) Columbus Invest Inc., is in voluntary dissolution under the provision of Section 137 (4) of the International Business Company 2000.
(b) The dissolution of the said company commenced on the 5th of March, 2009 when the Articles of Dissolution were submitted to and registered by the Registrar General.
(c) The Liquidator of the said company is Picasso Holding Ltd., Goodman's Bay Corporate Centre, West Bay Street, Nassau, The Bahamas.
