NOTICE

IN THE ESTATE OF ALFRED ALBERT SMITH,
late of the Western District of the Island of New Providence, Bahamas, deceased.
Whereas RAQUEL L. WILSON, ESQ., of Marlborough Street, New Providence, Attorney-at-Law, is the authorised Attorney in The Bahamas for the grant of Letters of Administration in the above-named estate granted to PAUL FRANCIS SMITH of the Island of New Providence, the Executor named in the last Will and Testament of Alfred Albert Smith.
TAKE NOTICE that after the expiration of seven days from the date hereof any person having a claim against the above-named estate is required to send their name, address and particulars of their debt or claim to the said RAQUEL L. WILSON ESQ., at Lennox Paton, Fort Nassau Centre, Marlborough Street, P. O. Box N-4875, Nassau, Bahamas or in default thereof they may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such claim is proved.
