Creditors having debts or claims against the above-named Company are required to send particulars thereof to the undersigned c/o P.O. Box N-3932, Nassau, Bahamas on or before 30th day of April, A.D., 2009. In default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made by the Liquidator.
