NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that all persons having any claim or demand against the said estate are required to send the same duly certified in writing to the undersigned on or before the 30th day of March, AD. 2009, after which date the Attorney by Deed of Power of Attorney will proceed to distribute the estate having regard only to the claims of which she shall have had notice.
AND notice is hereby given that all persons indebted to the estate are required to make full settlement on or before the date hereinabove mentioned.
