Take notice that a general meeting of the members of the Company is to be held at UBS Pactual, Praia de Botafogo, 501, 5 & 6 floors, Torre Corcovado, Botafogo, RJ, CEP: 22250-040, Brazil on the 13th of April, A.D. 2009 at 1 o’clock in the afternoon for the purpose of having the liquidator's final account laid before the members and hearing any explanation that may be given thereon by the liquidator or his agent. A return noting the said general meeting will be registered with the Registrar of Companies on the 15th of April, A.D., 2009 and Three (3) months from the date of the said registration of the return the Company shall be deemed to be dissolved.
