NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN as follows:
(a) SCAGLIETTI INVESTMENTS LIMITED is involuntary dissolution under the provisions of Section 137 (4) of the International Business Companies Act 2000.
(b) The dissolution of the said company commenced on the 6th March, 2009 when the Articles of Dissolution were submitted to and registered by the Registrar General.
