IN THE ESTATE OF THOMAS ALLISON AUGUSTUS CLEARE SR late of Joe Farrington Road in the Eastern District in the Island of New Providence, one of the Islands of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, Deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given that all persons having any claims against the above-named Estate are required, on or before the 10th day of April, A.D. 2009 to send their names and addresses, and particulars of their debts or claims, to the undersigned, and if so required by notice in writing from the undersigned, to come in and prove such debts or claims, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution AND all persons indebted to the said Estate are asked to pay their respective debts to the undersigned at once.
AND NOTICE is hereby also given that at the expiration of the mentioned above, the assets of the late THOMAS ALLISON AUGUSTUS CLEARE SR will be distributed among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which the Administrator shall then have had notice.
