Pursuant to the provisions of Section 228 of The Companies Act, 1992 Notice is hereby given that at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of RENAISSANCE HOTELS (BAHAMAS) LIMITED held on the 16th day of March, 2009 the following Resolution was unanimously passed:-
RESOLVED that the Company take all such steps as may be necessary to effect its liquidation and forthwith cause its name to be struck off the Register of Companies in accordance with The Companies Act, 1992 AND that Deborah R. Nichols of 904 Beacon Square Court, Gaithersburg, Maryland, U.S.A. 20878 be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of such liquidation.
