NOTICE

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 239 (2) of The Companies Act, 1992 Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of RENAISSANCE HOTELS (BAHAMAS) LIMITED will be held at the Offices of GTC Corporate Services Limited in Sassoon House on the Northwestern corner of Shirley Street and Victoria Avenue in the City of Nassau on the 24th day of April, 2009 at 10:00 o’clock in the forenoon.
The purpose of the said Meeting is to have laid before the Members of the Company the Final Statements of the liquidator showing the manner in which the winding up of the Company has been conducted, the property of the Company disposed of, the debts and obligations of the Company discharged and also to hear any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.
All claims by creditors of the Company must be received by the Liquidator at 904 Beacon Square Court, Gaithersburg, Maryland, U.S.A. 20878 before the 24th day of April, 2009.
